Transcripts

The University of Calgary official transcript is a complete and unabridged record of academic history containing the University seal and the Registrar's signature.

Canada Post Strike

The University of Calgary is committed to providing the highest level of service to our students and alumni, even when external factors like the Canada Post strike can cause temporary disruptions.

Due the ongoing Canada Post strike, which affects the University of Calgary’s mailing services, all transcripts being sent via standard mail will be held at the University of Calgary until Canada Post operations are fully restored. This step is being taken to avoid any potential delivery issues or delays, and to ensure that your transcripts reach you without further interruption once the strike is over. We will process and meter all regular mail transcripts and hold them in our system until Canada Post resume normal operations.

We understand that waiting for important documents can be frustrating, and we want to minimize the inconvenience. By holding the transcripts until the strike is resolved, we want to reassure you that your transcript is safe and ready to go as soon as we can send them out. We’re closely monitoring the situation and will send out all regular mail as soon as Canada Post resumes normal services.
