Jan. 1 proof of full vaccination deadline

To be eligible to take in-person courses in winter 2022, you must have declared yourself as fully vaccinated and uploaded your proof of vaccination by no later than Jan. 1, 2022. Thank you for keeping your COVIDSafe status updated in Thrive.

Deadline to submit SIN for Tax Purposes

Deadline to submit a SIN in your Student Center for the 2021 T2202 tax receipt is Jan. 15, 2022. Instructions on how to submit a SIN can be found here. For more information on SIN requirements, refer to the Enrolment Services website on taxes.

Credit granted (CG) grades

Students can request a CG grade for a limited number of undergraduate courses they complete. A CG grade counts toward your degree requirements but doesn’t impact your grade point average (GPA).

Online payments made during the holiday closure

Online payments made Dec. 25 to Jan. 3 won't be processed to student accounts until the first week in Jan. 2022.  Make sure your payment is initiated with enough processing time before UCalgary closes on Dec. 25 to ensure it’s posted to your account.
