Biography

Michael graduated from St. Paul's High School in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and received the President's gold medal and Governor General's Award. Michael chose the University of Calgary for its innovative and diverse research culture and is now working towards his Bachelor of Science in Engineering. Michael is interested in autonomous vehicles and their applications for making dangerous work safer for people worldwide; He says that receiving a scholarship has allowed him to focus on his studies and extra circulars without financial stress.
