BC Land Surveyors Fdn, from donations in the name of Mr. Goldfinch. Although he retired from the Land Title Office in 1979, Mr. Goldfinch continued as mentor to surveyors, lawyers,and students up until the time of his death in 1996 (almost 70 years).

Award description

  • Offered annually to a continuing undergraduate student in the Schulich School of Engineering, majoring in Geomatics Engineering
  • Academic merit. Minimum GPA of 2.60
  • Preference is given to a student with an interest in cadastral studies
  • Preference is given to a student who has completed high school in British Columbia
  • Recipient must not also be receiving the BC Land Surveyors Foundation - Kenneth K. Wong Memorial Land Surveying Scholarship.
