Biography

I am a fourth year BSc Kinesiology student interested in understanding exercise and empowering various populations to move more. I am involved in several research projects on and off campus, with my main areas of interest being exercise physiology, exercise oncology, and public health. I was fortunate enough to represent Canada as a competitive climber for many years and now I coach a youth climbing team. I also enjoy teaching yoga, exploring Kananaskis, and adding to my book collection.
