Getting your parchment
The fastest way to get your parchment is to attend your convocation ceremony. However, if you're unable to attend, you have the following options.
You can:
- Complete a mailing request form, found on our student forms page; or
- Pick it up in-person June 17 to 19, 2026 (between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.) at Enrolment Services on the second floor of the Hunter Student Commons building (HNSC).

Degree reprints
The university provides one copy of the parchment (the degree); however, due to extraordinary circumstances, a replacement degree may be issued.
If required, students may submit a degree reprint request form. A $75 reprint fee applies if a replacement degree is issued. Additional mailing or courier fees may apply, depending on the delivery method selected. All applicable fees are listed on the degree reprint request form at the time of submission. Replacement parchments are clearly marked “Duplicate” and include the reprint date.

Getting your official transcripts

Your credentials will appear on your transcript once your faculty have approved you.

An employer can contact the university directly to obtain verification of your credentials.
