Student Accessibility Services
Registering with SAS:
While students can register with SAS at any point in their program, it can take time to organize academic accommodations and funding for disability-related services. Students are encouraged to register with SAS as early in their program as possible.
ClockWork:
Student Accessibility Services uses a data management and test administration system called ClockWork.
- Students can request accommodation letters, book exams/tests/quizzes, and check upcoming scheduled appointments and test bookings by logging into the ClockWork Student Services portal.
- Instructors can view accommodations for students in their courses and tell us about and upload upcoming exams/tests/quizzes through the ClockWork Instructor portal.
ClockWork will use the Preferred Name indicated in your Student Centre on the Letter of Accommodation. For information on updating your name, please consult this page: Updating Your Personal Information.
