Devoted to Experimental and Clinical Imaging
Within the centre is a 50m2 laboratory devoted to experimental and cliincal imaging. Within this facility is minor surgical equipment, anesthetic and monitoring equipment and a x-ray C-arm for guiding non-invasive procedures using vascular catheters. This facility also houses research ultrasound equipment. This equipment is capable of 3D imaging and is used in vascular studies. The laboratory is located across from the 3 T diagnostic and intra-operative scanners. The laboratory and its imaging infrastructure were funded by the Canada Foundation for Innovation.
