Why volunteer at the WRC?
Our volunteer peer helpers are the heart and soul of our centre. All of our programs are led by volunteers made up of UCalgary students. Our staff facilitate the projects, ideas and creative initiatives of our volunteers. The centre is defined by and for the individuals who volunteer with us, and enjoy our space.
As one of our volunteers, you’ll take advantage of our beautiful space, interact with passionate and engaged individuals from diverse backgrounds, and learn through dialogue and research.
WRC peer helper positions are:
- filled twice yearly for the fall and winter semesters.
- primarily for UCalgary Students and filled in the fall, with a limited number of positions opening in winter semester.
