Uyen Nguyen

Biography

Recognizing a gap in rehabilitative services for people living with neurological conditions, Uyen founded Synaptic: Spinal Cord Injury and Neuro Rehabilitation Centre with forward thinking philanthropists and community partners in 2012. Excited by the possibilities in neuro science, Uyen is driven to create a platform for innovators, change makers and social visionaries to push the limits of rehabilitation and lead the industry in neuro supportive therapies. Uyen is striving to bring emerging technology to Canada and be an early adopter of change. Leading the way for new technology and advanced therapies, she moves Synaptic into a STEM space that allows for innovation and social change.
