Claudia Bustos

Biography

Claudia Bustos is a nerd who loves to make things happen. When she hears “that’s not possible” she gets down to work. Prior to joining the Beakerhead team, she worked as a strategy coordinator with the Edmonton Heritage Council. Before that, she developed science-based programs for TELUS Spark and launched the digital media studio workshops and their popular Adults Only Night series. She did a stint as a primate scientist with Operation Wallacea, and spent enough time in the rainforest to host a botfly. She obtained her B.Sc. in Behaviour, Cognition and Neuroscience at the University of Windsor. She is also really into hip-hop and lurking around heritage buildings.
