Biography

Brigitte Baradoy is an innovative, collaborative and strategic leader with 30 years of experience in the social profit sector. She has energy, passion and commitment to help achieve the collective goal of making our society a better place for everyone. Her business acumen was refined with an MBA and years of non-profit management as the Executive Director of Discovery House Family Violence Prevention Society from 2004 – 2011 and, currently, as a principal consultant for ONWARD Consulting. This is enhanced by her social work knowledge and skills. Brigitte believes in action that makes a difference.
