How to access Enrolment Services support


Enrolment Services provides assistance with prospective student inquiries, admissions, student awards, course registration support, financial aid and student fees. Assistance may be accessed in person, over the phone and online.

The mobile check-in and digital tracking system allows students, staff and parents to check in at Enrolment Services remotely and get real-time updates on their status in the queue. Being able to join a line from wherever you are means you won’t have to visit Enrolment Services until you’re ready to see an advisor.

Mobile check-in is available during regular business hours, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (except for statutory and university holidays).

Text UCalgary to 587.816.8053 to check the current wait time or join the virtual line. When you’re in the virtual line, you can text these letters for more information:

  • Text S to check your status
  • Text L to leave the line
  • Text H to ask for help
  • Text M if you need more time
  • Text N# to find out the number of minutes before your appointment
  • Text J to be added back to the line if you removed yourself by accident

No, you can check in using your name at a mobile check-in kiosk.

 

Simply follow the instructions on the screen.

The mobile check-in kiosks locations:

  • Enrolment Services in the MacKimmie Tower (MB 116)
  • Social Sciences
  • ICT next to Good Earth

 

Your phone number will only be used to send you mobile check-in notification

 

No, anyone that needs to see Enrolment Services may use mobile check-in.

You’ll be notified by text when you’re 15 minutes away from the front of the line. Once you’ve arrived at Enrolment Services, wait in the lounge area. You will receive a text when it’s your turn to speak to an advisor. Alternatively, watch the screens in the lounge area for the last four digits of your phone number.
