Biography

Born and raised in Calgary, Hana has always been proud to call the city home while travelling as far and as often as possible. She has spent her career working in post-secondary institutions throughout the province. While working for UCalgary International, Hana obtained her Master's Degree in Adult, Community, and Higher Education from the Werklund School of Education. During this time, she focused her research on the topics of Intercultural Capacity Building through Global Learning experiences -- both in-person and online. Hana is currently working with post-secondary institutions across the province to develop a student mobility and intercultural learning toolkit. She also works closely with the students in our Global Learning Ambassador program which helps current and former Global Learning students to give back to the campus community while gaining new skills in our office.
